The core design theme that Musebu decided on for the Terrace is called contemporary Conmac. This design combines floor to ceiling windows with an outer façade of intricate stonework. This creates a natural and relaxing environment that allows guests to escape from the stresses of the day. Each of the three Terrace apartments are uniquely designed. Musebu places great emphasis on maximizing space in a minimalistic and uncluttered manner. Each apartment boasts a state of the art, open plan, gourmet kitchen and living area, spacious bedrooms with adequate storage and closet space and on suite bathrooms. Utilization of space around each apartment was also a design priority. To this end each apartment features a private veranda, a private garden area and, for the two bedroom apartments, private swimming pools. The Terrace is a dream built on our various travel experience throughout our expat life with my husband....we lived in such breathtaking luxury as we travelled and the levels of hospitality were undescribable...so we decide to bring a piece of that back home.... Zambians have become well travelled people who appreciate luxury and beauty....why not bring a piece of that within the borders of our country. Our location makes the Terrace such a perfect place not only for business but also relaxation.We are located by one of the biggest latest shopping mall ...East Park..which is neighbors to 3 other major malls ....Acaica park (houses the head offices of most banks and insurance companies), Arcades (under major development) and Manda Hill (most busiest shopping mall). We are walking distance from Zambia's biggest conference center Mulungushi conference center that hosts most of Lusaka's major events.we are surrounded by the major hotels... Radisson and the Protea hotel. Walking distance from the British council and the newly built Sun Share Towers ...the current tallest skyscraper in Lusaka that will host offices.We maintain a neighborhood feel around a growing commercial area having around us a local market and a busy Roman Catholic church and Islamic center a stone throw away.
